The concept is photogrammetry. The PIC is an extremely high-tech camera that captures the implant position after it has been placed with almost 100% accuracy. This technology allows our office to create 3D printed teeth with the highest level of accuracy. With this technology, we can give our patients a same-day smile in what would normally take 2-3 visits over the course of multiple weeks. Since all records are digital, if a prosthesis breaks, we can print a new set of teeth that can be placed within a few hours, as opposed to a few weeks.
