Dr. Jeema Dad embodies her favorite quote that her grandmother would always say to her: “Smile so the world smiles back at you.”
Dr. Dad (pronounced Dodd) earned her bachelor’s degree from Austin College and then attended The University of Texas School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. There, she received several accolades including the Texas Association of Women Dentist’s Outstanding Female Dental Student Award, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry’s Service and Commitment Plaque, and the Academy of General Dentistry’s Senior Student Dental Award. Dr. Dad went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry where she obtained extensive training working with medically complex patients and advanced techniques.
Dr. Dad has served as both President and Vice President of the Dallas Academy of General Dentistry for the general Dentists in the Dallas region. She has been honored as one of D Magazine’s Best Dentists in 2022 and in 2023, and has received two nominations for the prestigious New Dentist of the Year award through the Texas Academy of General Dentistry in both 2015 and 2017. She has additionally been recognized as a nominee for the UTSD Alumnus of the Year.
With over 450 hours of continuing education courses and an extensive educational background, Dr. Dad is the perfect full-time addition to our practice as the surgical consultant and dental implant expert. Her role is to streamline your process from initial consultation until delivery of your dream smile!
During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Emad and their daughter, travelling internationally, baking, and working out (especially barre and Zumba!)
